To install the mount, Find the adjustment knob or lever on the mount, loosen it, insert the thin part of the mount into your CD slot, tighten the knob or lever to secure the mount in the slot, and adjust the arms or cradle to fit your phone.
I had already got the cup holder version for a lift chair to help an 85 y/o to communicate via her iPhone, so I already knew how well this company makes their products. But when I got the CD mount for my van, I never expected it to be as strong as it is. It is perfect!
